Delivery FAQ’s

  • When placing an order for your delivery you can pre-pay at the store with credit/debit card, check or cash. If you call in your order you can pre-pay over the phone with credit/debit card.

  • We suggest 2-3 day notice. We will try to get your order delivery that day.

    If you are renting equipment for your job, you should call us 7-10 days before you want it so that we can schedule the delivery the day before or the day you would like it. We strive to get your order delivery to you as soon as possible.

    During our busy time of year (April-August) we recommend that you call at least one week in advance to schedule your delivery.

  • No one needs to be home for the delivery, all we ask is that you have a spot clearly marked out. An example would be a cone, bucket, tarp, or sign indicating where to dump. The spot should match the delivery instructions that are written on the delivery slip at the time you place your order. If you cannot use that spot just call us so that we can change it on the delivery slip.

  • When you pick out the spot for your delivery here are somethings you should remember:

    Overhead power lines, tree branches, where your septic system is located and water lines to your house. Make sure the area is accessible by a 12 ft wide truck an overhead dumping height at least 20 ft.

  • Yes, we delivery on Saturday’s until Labor Day.

  • Yes, we have a three-yard minimum for delivery, less than three-yards will result in an additional delivery fee of $20.00.
